Benton High School students begin to appear on the "campus" usually anytime after 7:30 a.m. Some come with only a grin and a cheery hello, but then others come waddling in with a stack of books a foot high. These students have a variety of things to do to occupy their time until school starts. They can be seen on the front lawn, in the old gym, or clustered in groups of five and ten here and there.
