Walter, b. in Melro-^e Parish, 14th Jani.ary, baptised 30th March, 1794, ■went in early life to America, where he married, but d. s. p. at Hamilton, Livingstone, Michigan, U.S.A., 21st D( cember, 1862. III. William, b. in Melrose Parish, 19lh February, baptised 3rd April, 179G, d. untn. at Menslaus, near Jedburgh, N.E., 25th October, 1885. IV.
