Give me holy perseverance; and grant, that I may always ask it of Thee, and especially when tempted, calling for the aid of Thy holy name, saying, " My Jesus! help me; " for as long as I turn to Thee, I shall never be more overcome. If the temptation continues, grant to me that I may not forsake the perpetual calling upon Thee.
