Not the gift, Let me find thee But the giver. In one agree.

I present the absent. Disdain not me!

                                  That am happy in thee.

Too light to requite.

                                  Death strike! if

I live I, if not I die. She show spite.

As brown as a berry.

                                  O happy time!

The hidden flame burneth hottest. When you yield mine.

Your constancy My troubled head Is my felicity. Wisheth you his bed.

Hope is my only comfort.

                                  A friend to one,

Forgetfulness breeds disdain. Enemy to none.

No chance shall alter mind. Not the gold, but the giver.

As faithful, as friendly. My love is sure,

                                  Firm to endure.

Accept my goodwill.

                                  If you will me love,

Hold, lest I fall. I will it quickly prove.

O slay not!

                                  Never fear to love.

As you find, so use.

We join our hearts in GOD.

Wantons waver!

                                  Faithful to one,

A New Year's toy. And faithless to none.

I would if I might.

                                  A friend to the end.

Love lives in loyalty.

                                  Whilst I breathe, I hope.

Accept my gift in loyalty.

                                  Yours by desert.

Accept my gift in goodwill.

                                  More for remembrance,

Desert deserveth. Than for recompense.

Deserve and then desire. To thee, a friend in all.

Happy choice is my secret joy. Keep secret for me.

I favour, as I find. As I love, so I like.

In time, or never. Fancy flattereth me.

Desire, what love may require. If thou be well, all is well.

I require, No beauty without virtue. But you retire.

All my wits die in your decay.

I hope to see You yield to me. It is pain to part.

If I may stay, Firm faith flourisheth. Pass one day.

As you find me, so use me.
