Then he coughed apologetically.

The girl looked around over her shoulder quite calmly.

"I beg your pardon," he said, "but there's a large green caterpillar——"

Up jumped the girl, over went the stool, away went the brush.

"Oh!" she cried, faintly. "Where?"
