BOHEMIAN LEGENDS.

POEM V.—SONG.

On our cottage roof lies snow,
Frozen snow to-day;
And beneath my mother lies,
Fading fast away.

In the spring, when the snow melts
In the garden near,
On my mother’s grave the wind
Wakes the grass, I fear.
