Confederate Soldiers Memorial Mural Tablet In the Transepts

In memory of the Confederate Soldiers, who fell in the Battle of Williamsburg, May the 5th, 1862. And of those who died of the wounds received in the same. They died for us.

Died 15 September 1894
He was for many years a vestryman
and senior warden of Bruton
Church, and long our beloved
physician.
