Henry Rowlands, A.M., instituted 4th Aug. 1584. On his promotion to the deanery, in Aug. 1593,
CuTHBERT Bellot, S.T.B., (brother to bishop Hugh Bellot,) prebendary of Westminster, was collated ist Sept. 1593. After his death, anno 16 13, the bishop of Bangor assumed it into his commendam, and held it for about four vears, until the collation of
Evan Lloyd, A.B., 30th May 1616. He died about 1626.
Robert White, S.T.P., archdeacon 0/ 3Ierioneth, suc- ceeded in 1626, On his death, which happened anno 1657, bishop Roberts nominated, 26th Nov. 1657, his chaplain,
Robert Morgan, S.T.B., but he was not installed till after the Restoration, anno 1660.
John Gething was installed 25th April 166 1^3. He died anno 1666, succeeded by
Simon Lloyd, A.M., instituted J9th March 1666^^. On whoso quitting it for the treasure rship,
Owen Davies was instituted 19th Dec. 1670^^, and died anno 1708, succeeded by
John Williams, A.M., was collated 14th July 170866, He died 26th Feb. 1709-10.
