Thomas Steele, collated i6th May 1561. Zachary Babington, installed 10th July 1589. John Fulnetby, collated 27th Oct. 1608. He was
also archdeacon of Stafford, and died in 1636. His
will, dated 16th Dec. 1629, was proved nth Nov.
1636. William Higgins, A.M., was installed 9th Sept. 1636,
and held it till Dec. 1661. Ob. 1666, being also
archdeacon of Derby. Henry Greswold, A.M., collated 3rd Aug. 1666; but
the month or day when he was installed, is not entered
in the books. Ob. 1700. Edward Maynard, S.T.P., was collated 18th Oct.,
and installed 15th Nov. 1700. Ob. 13th April 1740,
setat. 87. John Holt : the date of his appointment has not
occurred. Thomas Smalbroke, collated loth April 1740, vice
Maynard.
