723. The master
every ship carrying alien passengers from places in Europe or within the Mediterranean Sea must furnish a return (p), showing (1) the number of alien passengers, divided into classes and sexes, holding through tickets from one country outside the United Kingdom to another; and (2) the number of alien passengers not holding through tickets, divided into classes, sexes, and nationalities.
