Asa destroys the idols, cleanses the temple, overthrows, with all his army, Zerah the Æthiopian, who came out against him. Ambri [Omri], king of Israel, buys the mountains of SamariaSamaria of Somer for two talents of silver, and builds Samaria. Ahiel of Bethel rebuilds Jericho.
