over some of the ground rules. We will be following the House regulations for depositions. We have previously provided counsel with a copy of those regulations, but let us know if you need additional copies.
The deposition will proceed as follows today. The majority 1 hour to ask questions, and the minority will be given 1 hour to ask questions. Thereafter, we will alternate back and forth in 45 minute rounds. We'll take periodic breaks. But if, at any time, you or your counsel need a break, please just let us know. Under the House deposition rules, counsel for other persons or government agencies may not attend this proceeding, and we understand that none are here. You, however, are allowed to have personal attorney present during this deposition, and I see that you have brought a couple.
