CLARIBEL.

A MELODY.

Where Claribel low-lieth
The breezes pause and die,
Letting the roseleaves fall:
But the solemn oaktree sigheth,
Thickleaved, ambrosial,
With an ancient melody
Of an inward agony,
Where Claribel low-lieth.
