At approximately 2:25 p.m. Secretary Finch will escort you to the stage of the main auditorium where a single stand-up microphone will be provided. Following the introduction by Secretary Finch, who will remain seated on stage, you will speak to 500 of the top employees of HEW (Division Directors and above).
- It is expected you will speak approximately 15 minutes.
You will be escorted from the auditorium by Secretary Finch at approximately 2:45 p.m. returning to your motorcade at the Fourth Street Entrance. You will then return to the White House.
NOTE: Press will be present in the auditorium for your talk.
