ing an Inqueft to be made of fuch as be within Age,

1 the Statute fhall run without Limitation of Time.

(5) Touching Alienation of Lands holden by the
Law of England, the Statute fhall run for fuch Lands
being aliened after the Time of the Statute publifhed.
(6) In like manner the Statute fhall extend and run
upon the Lands of a Wife aliened by her Hufband
(whereas no Fine was levied thereof in Court.) (7)

Touching Lands being let in Fee-ferm, to pay there- fore yearly the fourth Part of the very Value thereof,

the Statute fhall run as well unto Lands that were

leafed before the making of the Statute, as after, in cafe that the Tenant have withholden above the Space of two Years, after the Statute publifhed, fo much as he fhould have paid to his Leflbr yearly ac- cording to the Form of the Covenant. (8) And as to the Punifhment of Wafte in all Cafes (except it be of Dowers and Wards) it fhall be underftood of Waftes done fithence the Statute publifhed. (9) And of the Forfeiture of Treble in Cafes of Waftes of Dowers and Wardfhips, it fhall be underftood of Waftes committed after the Statute publifhed. (10) And as concerning them which do aliene their Dow- ers, it is to be underftood after the publifhing of the Statute. Cum nuper in parliamento noftro apud Weftmonafterium, per nos & concilium noftrum provifum fit & proclamatum, quod prelati, comites, barones, & alii de regno noftro, qui diverfas libertates per chartas progenitorum noftrorum regum Anglie habere clamant, ad quas examinandas &judi- candas diem praefixerimus in eodem parliamento, libertatibus illis taliter uterentur, quod nihil fibi per ufur- pationem feu occupationem accrefcerent, nee aliquid fuper nos occuparent. Tibi precipimus, quod omnes illos de comitatu tuo libertatibus fuis, quibus hucufque rationabiliter ufi funt, uti & gaudere permittas in forma prsedicia, ufque ad proximum adventum noftrum per comitatum prsedictum, vel ufque ad proximum adventum jufticiariorum itinerantium ad omnia placita in comitatu, vel donee aliud inde prasceperimus : fal- vo femper jure noftro cum inde loqui voluerimus.
