(2) And when the Fifhers will fell their Merchandifes in the Port, they fhall have their Hoftelers with them, if they there will be, and in their Prefence, and the Prefence of other Merchants, openly fnall fell their Merchandifes. * (3) And that every Man claim his Part for the f taking, after the Rate of the fame Merchandifes fo fold ; (4.) and the faid Sale fnall be made from the Sun-riling till the Sun going down, and not before nor after, upon For- feiture of the fame Merchandifes. (<;) And that the faid Fifhers be free to buy their Victuals, and that which they need, where fhail pleafe them. (6) And that no Floftelers, nor other, buy any for to hang in their Houfes by Covin, nor in other Manner, at an higher Price the Laft than Forty Shillings, but lefs in as much as he may, according as he may agree with the Seller. (7) And that no Hoftelers, nor any of their Servants, nor any other whatfeever he be, coming to the faid Fair, fnall go by Land nor by Sea to foreftal Herring privily nor openly, but the Her- ring fhall come freely unfold unto the Haven. (8) Nor that any Pyker make buying of frefh Herring in the Haven of Yarmouth, betwixt the Feafts of Saint Michael and Saint Martin, upon Pain of Imprifon- ment at the King's Will, and to forfeit all the Her- ring fo bought. (9) And that no VefTel called Pyker of London, nor of none other Place, fhall enter into the faid Haven to % abate the Fair in Damage of the The Order ah<3 Time of bring-, ing and felting of Herrings at the Fair nf Great Varmouth.
