IRST it is ordained, That all the Ships called Doggers and Lode/hips, pertaining to the Haven of Blackney, and Coafts thereunto adjoining, that is to iky, the Suytor, the Wynetoh, Clay, Salthoufe, Shir- ingham, and Crowmer, fhall deliver or difcharge their Fifh within the Haven of Blachicy only, betwixt Benord and Hogfleet, and in none other Place, - upon Pain of Imprifonment at the King's Will, and For- feiture of the fame Fifh. (z) And that no Fifh be delivered nor carried out of the Ship to any Houfe, nor elfewhere, before that the Owner of the Ship, wherein the faid Fifh is charged, and the Merchant that fhall buy the Fifh, be agreed of the Price of the fame, by clear Day.'
