XXXVI. Be it enafted by this prefent Parliament, and the Authority of the fame, (upon the humble Defires of the Lords and Commons in Parliament aflembled) That if the faid Owen Rowe, Augujiine Garland, Edmond Harvey, Henry Smith, Henry Martin, Sir Hardrefs Waller, Robert Titchbourn, George Fleetwood, James Temple, Thomas Wait, Simon Meyn, William Heveningham, Ifaac Pennington, Peter Temple, Robert Lilburn, Gilbert Millington, Vincent Potter, Thomas Wogan, and John Downs, or any of them, Ihall be legally attainted for the Horrid Treafon and Murther aforefaid ; that then neverthelefs the Exe- cution of the faid Perfon and Perfons fo attained Ihall be fufpended, until his Majefty by the Advice and Affent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament ftiall order the Execution, by Aft of Parliament to be pafled for that Purpofe.
