Stations to guard the Coafts and Trade of this Kingdom, are hereby appointed to cruife or convoy (that is ^"°«- 

to fay) fix on the Northern Coafts, and three on the Weftern Coafts, in fuch Stations as fhall be direfted [| by the Lord High Admiral of England, or Commiffioners for executing the Office of Lord High Admiral

of England for the time being, for the better protefting and preferving fuch Ships and VelTels as fhall be

' employed in the Coal Trade. XXIV. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That there fhall be allov/ed, to every . turn per Annum for fuch prompt Payment; and if any of the Coals, for which the Duty hereby granted, 

paid, or fecured, at the Importation thereof, be again exported to any other Place of this Kingdom, or to any Parts beyond the Seas, then the aforefaid Duty fliall be wholly repaid, or the Security vacated, upon '..(due Proof thereof in ufual Form. XXV. And it is hereby further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That out of the Money that fhall be Apprepriation levied or paid into the Receipt of the Exchequer, as well upon Loans as otherwife, by virtue of this Aft, of tiie A-ioniei and alfo by one other Aft of this prefent Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An ASl for granting to His Ma- ariiing by this jejly
