An ASf to prevent Delays of Proceedlngi at the ^uarter-ScJfions of the Peace, perpetual. c v/hich was to continue and be in Force for three years, and from thence to the End of the next Seflion ' of Parliament, by Experience hath been found ufeful and beneficial ;' Therefore for continuing the fame. Be it enaflied by the King's moft Excellent Majefly, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords Spiritual atid Temporal, and Commons, in this prefent Parliament affembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That the faid AQ. fhall be and is hereby continued, and fhall be in Force and made perpetual.
