C. 24.. 703, < Parliament for the feventh Year of His Majefty's Reign, and ftill remaining unfatisfied, and all the In- • J terefl thereof fliall be fully paid and difcharged ; and out of^the fmall Branches of His Majefty's Reve- nues herein after mentioned and exprefled, that is to fay, The Firfl: Fruits and Tenths of the Clergy ; ' the Fines for Writs of Covenant and Writs of Entry payable in the Alienation Office ; the Port; Fines ; ' the Revenue of the Wine Licences ; the Monies arifuig by Sheriffs Prefers and Compofitions in the Ex- -' chequer, and by the Seizures of uncuftomed and prohibited Goods ; the Revenue of the Duchy of Corn- ' wall, and any other Revenue arifing by the Rents of Lands in England or JVales, or for Fines of Leafes ' of the fame, or any of them ; and the Duty of four and an .{ per Centum in Specie, arifing in Barhadoes ' and the Zwzwvnilands in America; and out of the Monies which from and after the Commencement of ' this Aft fliall arife by the further Sabfidies and Duties hereby granted ;' Be it therefore further enadled, • and it is hereby enadled and provided by the Authority aforefaid.
