' fe'd laft mentioned Act, have, with great Difficulties, raifed Monies and cleared their Accounts, though 1 the juft Allowances for their extraordinary Charges have not been made to them :' Be it therefore en- acted, That fo much as the laid Commiffioners of the Treafury, or any three or more of them, or the Lord High Treafurer for the Time being, fhall judge reafonable upon fuch Report or Reports, as afore- faid, to be allowed to fuch Receivers as have already cleared their Accounts, fhall and may be paid to them Vefpectively out of any Arrears of any Land-tax or Land-taxes which are or may be recovered and brought into the Exchequer, and (hall there remain after all Loans regiftered thereupon, and,, the Intereft thereof, fhall be fatisfied or transferred for Satisfaction ; any other Law or Statute to the contrary notwithftanding.
