XIII. And be it further enacted and declared by the Authority aforefaid, That the Judges of the Th 3 Judges of" Court of Exchequer in Scotland fhall forthwith call the faid Commiflioners of the Equivalent in Scctland^^*^"^"" 1 " ' to an Account for the faid Balance of fixteen thoufand five hundred feventy^five Pounds fourteen Shil- t ne Commiffion-i lings and one Penny Half-penny, and for the faid Sums of fifteen thoufand eight hundred twenty-two ersof Equivalent Pounds eight Shillings and feven i'ence three Farthings, and thirty-one thoufand five hundred fixty-five to account lor Pounds two Shillings and five Pence Half-penny, by them received as aforefaid; and after Deduction of all the Balance, &c. their due Payments and juft Allowances, to ciufe the Balance of fuch Account to be paid over to fuch ^Vi^ofuVh rer- Perfons as his Majefty, by any Warrant or Warrants. under his. And as to, for and concerning the faid Annuity or Fund of two thoufand Founds per Annum by The Fund of this Act fettled until the Redemption thereof by Parliament; It is hereby enacted and declared by the zo ° o1 - per Ann.-. Authority aforefaid, That the fame fhall be wholly applied towards the encouraging and promoting the ^d/promoting Fisheries and fuch other Manufaures and Improvements in Scotland, as may moft conduce to the general theFifheries,^c. Good of the united Kingdom, according to the Tenor and true Meaning of the faid fifteenth Article of in Scotland, the faid Treaty of Union, and to none other Ufe, Intent or Purpofe whatfoever. XV.
