And whereas feveral of the Proprietors of the faid Pay-tickets belonging to the faid Lottery of Sn many of the • ' the Year one thoufand feven hundred and ten, which were not fubferibei purfuant to the faid former Aft p 'y-tickett a: ' in that Behalf, are or may be poffeiTed of as many of the faid Pay-tickets belonging to the fame Lottery, T}} n " ke ". ' LXV. And_whereas it hath fo happened, that the Properties of feveral Tickets entitled to Benefits in Properties in the & 9- having appeared with the fame before the Managers and Direftors of the faid Lotteries within tKe Time Managers to fct- limited for that Purpofe:' Be it therefore enafted by the Authority aforefaid, That it fhal] and may be tie the fame by lvwful to and for fuch of the fame Managers and Direftors as the Commiffioners of his Majefty's Trealury 25^60.1720,^0. fhall think fit to appoint in this Behalf, to fettle and adjure the Properties of any the Tickets in the faid refpeftive Lotteries that have not hitherto been fettled and adjufted ; provided the Ferfcns poffeffed of the faid Tickets, their Agents or Affigns, do appear with the fame before the fame Managers and Direftors, on or before the five and twentieth Day of December one thoufand feven hundred and twenty; and the fame Managers and Direftors, or fome or one of them, are hereby required to Certify, not only the Properties- of and in all fuch Tickets as fhall be claimed and adjufted before hem, within the Time aforefaid, but alfo of and in all fuch other Tickets, the Properties whereof have been before claimed and adjufted, but not. certified, as the refpeftive Afts in that Cafe have direfted and appointed; any Thing in the faid Afts or either of them to the contrary notwitbftanding. LXVI. Provided always, and it is hereby further enafted, That if the Sub-governor, Deputy-governor, Company not to the Direftors, Managers, Affiftants, or other Members of the faid Corporation of the Governor and Com- purchaieCrown- pany of Merchants of Great Britain trading to the South Seas and other Parts of America, and for encou- Money t ° r t ™ t r?ging the Fifhery, fhall upon the Account of the faid Corporation, at any Time or Times, purchafe anycrown by way ■ Lands or Revenues belonging to the Crown, or advance or lend to his Majefty, his Heirs or' Succeftbrs, of Anticipation, any Sum or Sums of Money by way of Loan or Anticipation, on any Part or Parts, Branch or Branches, Fund or Funds of the Revenues now granted or belonging, or hereafter to be granted or belonging to his Majefty, his Heirs or Succelibrs, other than fuch Fund or Funds, Part or Parts, Branch or Branches of the laid Revenues only- on which a Credit of Loan is or fhall be granted by Parliament; that then the faid Sub-governor, Deputy-governor, Direftors, Managers or Affiftants, or other Members of the faid Corporation, who fhall content, agree to or approve of the advancing or lending to his Majefty, his Heirs or Succeftors, fuch Sum or'Sums of : , oney as aforefaid, and each and every of them fo agreeing, content- ing or approving, and being thereof lawfully convicted, fhall for every fuch Offence forfeit treble the Penalty for r» Value of every fuch Sum or Sums of Money fo lent ; whereof one fifth Part fhall be to the Informer, to doing. be
