And it is alfo hereby further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That from Time to Time, H the sine to be r j n g t j le {hjppj n g f Malt for Exportation on Board any Ship or Veffel, at all fuch Times as the ref|» when theShipis t ' ve Proprietors or Exporters fhall not be actually putting Malt or other Merchandizes on Board, the Hatia not loading, Sec of the faid Ships or Veffels fhall and may be kept locked down with two Locks and two Keys to < Hatch; one of thofe Locks to be provided, and the Key thereof kept by the refpective Proprietors or porters, and the other Lock to be provided, and the Key thereof kept by the refpective Officer cr Off appointed to attend the faid Shipping; and that the faid Hatches be kept locked down in the afore Manner, from the Time the faid Ships or Veffels fhall be fully loaded, until the Time the fame fha! ready to fail from their refpective Ports to Foreign Parts, to the Intent that none of the Malt putl Board may be relanded.
