And be it further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid refpective Officers do d an Account of fhall, from Time to Time, keep a true Account of all the Malt which fhall be fo delivered as aforefS, all Malt fo deli- anc j jr tng p er f on or Perfons to whom the fame belongs; and fhall and is hereby required to give to i veredout, &c. p e rfon to whom or for whom each Quantity of Malt fhall be fo delivered out, a Certificate in Writ j, 'directed to the Officer for the faid Duties in the Divifion or Place to which the fame is intended to befe- .'moved, in order to be exported, expreffing the Quantity of Malt fo delivered out, and the Name or Na&s of the refpective Makers or Proprietors thereof, and the refpective Divifions or Places from whence le lame was fo delivered out; which faid Certificate or Certificates fhall be figned by the refpective Offi-re giving the fame, and fhall be delivered to the refpective Officers for the faid Duties for the Time being.Bf the Port or Place where the faid Malt fhall be fo carried to be exported, who fhall duly file and keep le fame, and make an Entry thereof in a Book or Books to be reflectively kept by him or them for thatfw pofe, to the Intent that upon Enquiry and Examination it may be difcovered whether any Maker of Apt for Exportation fhall duly export all fuch Malt, as fhall be entred by him or them refpectively for Expoi^ tion as aforefaid; and in cafe the Maker or Proprietor of fuch Malt, fo removed from the Place of mat g thereof, fhall neglect or refufe to deliver and procure to be delivered fuch Certificate or Certificates to ( h Officer for the faid Duties of the Divifion or Place to which the faid Malt fhall be removed in order tiM exported, to the intent that the fame may be filed and entred in the Manner in this Act before expreipj then and in fuch Cafe the Maker or Proprietor, fo refufing or neglecting to deliver the fame, fhall, for cil fuch Refufal, forfeit and lofe the Sum of fifty Pounds, Officers at the LV. The Hatches of LVI. And it is alfo hereby further enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That from Time to Time, H the sine to be r j n g t j le {hjppj n g f Malt for Exportation on Board any Ship or Veffel, at all fuch Times as the ref|» when theShipis t ' ve Proprietors or Exporters fhall not be actually putting Malt or other Merchandizes on Board, the Hatia not loading, Sec of the faid Ships or Veffels fhall and may be kept locked down with two Locks and two Keys to < Hatch; one of thofe Locks to be provided, and the Key thereof kept by the refpective Proprietors or porters, and the other Lock to be provided, and the Key thereof kept by the refpective Officer cr Off appointed to attend the faid Shipping; and that the faid Hatches be kept locked down in the afore Manner, from the Time the faid Ships or Veffels fhall be fully loaded, until the Time the fame fha! ready to fail from their refpective Ports to Foreign Parts, to the Intent that none of the Malt putl Board may be relanded. Notice to be LVII.
