And be it further enadted by the Authority aforefaid, That the Commiffioners of the Cuftoms fhall the Produce of caufe the remaining Part of the Produce of fuch Sales, after paying the Reward to the Officer, and the Cuftoms to be Charges of Condemnation and Sale for fuch Seizures as are made by any Officer of the Cuftoms, to be paid paid into the; nto t | le Receipt of his Majefty's Exchequer, in Lieu of his Majefty's Moiety, as now prattifed; any Law, Exchequer. And be it enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the Commiffioners of Excife or Inland Duties, Excife, &c. to fh a ll caufe the remaining Part of the Produce of fuch Sales, after paying the Reward to the Officer, and the b- paid as now Charges of Condemnation, and other necefiary Charges, for fuch Seizures as are made by any Officer of Excife, and Inland Duties, to be paid as now pra£tifed, in Lieu of the King's Moiety; any Law, Cuftom or Ufage to the contrary notwkhftanding.
