' thofe Purpoi'es refpectively limited by the faid Acts, whereby fuch Clerks, Apprentices or Servants, and ' their Mafters or Miftrefli:s rcfpedlively, had incurred, and might be fubjrft to feveral Penalties, Forfcit- ' urcs and Difabilities ; it is therefore enacted.
