XXXIV. And be it further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. XXXV. Provided always. That any Perfon or Perfons pofTeffed of fuch Stock, with the Annuity or An- AnnultJes de- Tiuities attending the fame, or any Eflate or Intereft therein, may devife the fame by Will in Writing, at- vifable by Will, tefled by two or more credible WitnefTes ; but that fuch Devifee fhall receive no Payment thereupon, till fo ^^' much of the faid Will, as relates to the faid Stock or Annuity, be entered in the faid Office ; and in De- fault of fuch Transfer or Devife, the faid Stock and Annuities attending the fame, fhall go to the Execu- tors or Adminiftrators ; and that no Stamp Duties whatfoever fliall be charged on the faid Transfers, or any of them ; any other Law or Sti;tute to the contrary notwithflanding. XXXVI.
