An Act fur levying a Duty of two Pennies Scots, or a fixth Part of a Penny Sterling on every Scots Pint of Ale ■ and Beer which fhall be brewed for Sale, brought into, tapped or fold, within the Town of Greenock, and Baro- nies of Eafer and Wefer Greenock, and Finnari, and Li- berties thereof, in the County of Renfrew, for repairing the Harbour of the faid Town, and for other Purpofes therein mentioned. 39. An Act for the better regulating the Navigation of the River Avon, running through the Counties oHVaTwick, JVorceJler and Gloucejier; and for afcertaining the Rates of Water-carriage upon the faid River. 40. An Act for granting to his Majefty an additional Duty upon Spirituous Liquors, and upon Licences for retailing the fame; and for repealing the Act of the twentieth Year of his prefent Mijeily's Reign, intituled.
