And be it further enaited by the Authority aforefaid. That John Butler, of the Parifh of Saint Olave puiuted. Southivark, in the County of Surry, Gentleman, and Hamnutt Richardjon, of the Parifli of SJnt Mary Magdalen Bermondfey in the County aforefaid. Gentleman, are conftituted and appointed Clerks of the faid Court of Requefts during their rcfpeitive good Behaviour therein ; who fliall and are hereby required to iflue out all Summonfes, Warrants, Precepts, Afls, Orders, Decrees, Judgments, Attachments and Pro- ceedings of the faid Court ; and iliall keep proper Books, wherein fhall be entered and regiftered all Acts, Orders and Proceedings of the fame Court. Method of XII. And be It further enafted by the Authority aforefaid. That it fhall and may be lawful for the faid choofing Clerks. Commiflioners in Court, or the major Part of them, on the next Court Day after the Death, Refignation or legal Amoval of both or either of the faid yohn Butler, and Ha?n?nett Richardfon, the Clerks appointed by this A£i:, or fo foon after as the fame is publickly known, and they are hereby required, to cauie the v.'hole Number of Commiffioners to be fummoned, who, next before fuch Death, Refignation or Amoval, were nominated and returned, as aforefaid, to meet at the Place aforefaid, within twenty Days next after their being fummoned as aforefaid ; and fuch Commiffioners at fuch Meeting are hereby authorized, impowered and required, by Ballot, to eleft and choofe another Perfon or Perfons in the Room of both or either of the faid John Butler and Hammett Richardfon fo dying, refigning, or being amoved as aforefaid, for the Ufes and Purpofes in this Adt contained ; and fo from time to time, upon every Vacancy of the faid Office of Clerk, for ever.
