An Act for repairing the Road leading from Lottg Horftey Bar or Gate, on the Foft Road near the Town of It^lor- peih, by or through Long Horjlcy, JFeldon Bridge and TVliittingham, to the River Brcamifo, and from thence to Piercys Crcfs in the County of Northumberland. _ 19. An Act to open the Port of Great Yarmouth for the Im- portation of Wool and Woollen Yarn from Ireland. 20. An Aft to obviate Doubts that have arifen with regard to the Admiffion of the Vaflals of the Pi'incipality of Scot- land, and Payment of their Rents and Duties. 21. An Act for repairing the Roads from JValUngford in the County of Berks, to Wantage, and from thence to Far- ringdon, and alfo from Wantage to Idfon in the faid County. 22. An Aft for repairing the Roads from the Town of Shreivjbnry, through Eliefmere'm the County of Salop, and Overton in the County of Flint, to Wrexham in the County of Denbigh. 23. An Aft for the better Relief and Employment of the - Poor in the Parifhes of Saint Margaret and Saint John the Evangeliji in the City of Wejlminfter ; and for cleanfing the Streets, and repairing the Highways within the faid Farifhes. 24. An Aft for repairing and widening the Roads from Tin- head Hill, to the Round Stone in Trowbridge ; and from Flinty Nap, to Wejiern Down in the Parifli of Edington in the County of Wilts; and other Roads in the Counties of JVilis and SomcrJ'ct, leading towards the Cities of Brijhl and Bath. 25. An Aft for granting to his A'lajef^y a certain Sum of Money therein mentioned, out of the Sinking Fund ; and for enabling his Majcfty to raifea further Sum of Money therein alfo mentioned, by Exchequer Bills, to be charged on the faid Sinkiiig Fund, for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred and fifty-two ; and for the further appropriating the Supplies granted in this Seffion of Par- liament. 26. An Act to rcftrain the making Infurances on Foreign Ships bound to or from the Eajl Indies. 27. An Act for ^converting the feveral Annuities therein mentioned, into feveral joint Stocks of Annuities, tranf- ferrable at the Bank of England, to be charged on the Sinking Fund; and alfo for confolidating the feveral other Annuities therein mentioned, into feveral Joint Stocks of ■Annuities, transfcrrable at the South Sea Houfe. 28. An Act for repairing the Pofl Road from the City of Edinburgh, through the Counties of Linlithgoiu and Ster- ling, from the Boathoufe Ford, on Almond Water, and from thence to the Town of Linlithgow, and from the faid To^Nn to Falkirk, and from ihence .o Sterling ; and alfo from Falkirk to Kilf)th, and to Inch Bcllie Bridge, on the Pofl Road to the City of Glafgoiu. 29. An Aft for giving a proper Reward to Coroners, for the due Execution of their Office ; and for the Amo- val of Coioiicrs upon a lawful Conviftion, for certain Mif- demeanors. 30. An Aft to amend an Aft made in the lafl: Seflion of Par- Jiament, intituled, Jn A£f for regulating the Commence- ment of the Year, and for correifing the Calendar nm in UJe. 31. An Aft to continue, explain and amend feveral Laws more efFeftually to prevent the Spreading of the Diftem- per which now rages amongft the Horned Cattle in this Kingdom. 32. An Aft to allow the Importation of Gum Senega into this Kingdom, from any Part of Europe, upon the Pay- ment of a Duty ; and for Relief of James Guthene, with refpect to the Duties paid and fecured upon a Quantity of Tobacco, burnt at the Port of Kircudbright ; and for givmg further Time for Payment of Duties omitted to be paid for the Indentures or Contrafts of Clerks and Ap- prentices. 33. An Act for repairing the Road leading from the Town of Morpeth, by or through Milford, Thropple, Lon<r Wit- /ra, and by the North Side of Rothley Park Wall, to St'n? Crofs, and to the High Crofs in Elfdon in the County of A orthumberland. 34. An Act for the more eafy and fpeedy Recovery of fmall Debts within the Town of Birmingham, and Hamlet ot Deritendtizxitto adjoining in the County of Warzuick. 35. An Act for continuing the Aft for encouragin'^ the Growth of Coffee in his Majefty's Plantations in 4nterica; and alio for continuing, under certain Regulations, fo much of an Aft as relates to the Premiums upon the Im- portation of Malls, Yards and Bowfprits, Tar, Pitch and Turpentine. 36. An Act for the better preventing Thefts and Robberies and for regulating Places of publick Entertainment, and punilhing Perfons keeping diforderly Houfes. 37.
