D. 1753. to be by the faid Clerks of the Peace, or fuch other Perfon afting as fucli, duly entered or filed amoiigft the Records of the Seffions of tlie Peace ; and that for every fuch Licence granted without taking fuch Re- cognizance, and for every fuch Recognizance taken, and not fent or returned as aforeftid, every Juftics of the Peace figning fuch Licence fhall forfeit the Sum of three Pounds fix Shillings and eight Pence.
