- Cumray, which will be a publick Benefit : And whereas there are feveral Shoals ard Flats. in the Frith
' and River of Clyde, which if removed or marked out by Beacons, would render the Navigation more ' fafe and commodious : And whereas there is no Fund provided for ahfweririg the Purpofes aforefaid : ' And w^liereas the faid Ifland is the Property of the Right Honourable Alexander Earl of Egtintomiy ' which he holds under a fl:ri(S Settlement or Tailzie, whereby he is reftrained from alienating the fame,
