An A6t to extend the Provifions relating to the hold- ing of Courts-martial, and to the Puniftiment of Of- fences committed in the Eaji Indies., contained in the Act made in the twenty-feventh Year of his late Ma* jefty's Reign, intituled, An A^ for punijhing Mutiny and Defertion of Officers and Soldiers in the Service of the United Co7npa)ty of Merchanes of England trading to the Eaft Indies, and for Puni/Imient of the Offences committed ir. the Eaft Indies, or at the Ifcind o/'Saint Helena, to the faid Company's Settlement of Fort Marlborough^ and to fuch other Principal Settlements, wherein the faid Company may be hereafter impowered to hold Courts of Judicature. 15. An A6t to enable his Majefty to grant unto George Keith., late Earl Marifchall, a Sum therein limited, out of the Principal Money and Intereft now remain- ing due to the Publick on account of the Purchafe Mo- ney of certain Parts of the forfeited Eftates of the faid late Earl. > 16. An Adt for granting to his Majefty a certain Sum of Money out of the Sinking Fund, and for applying certain Monies remaining in the Exchequer for the Service of the Year one thoufand feven hundred and fixty-one. 19. An Adt for enabling his Majefty to raife the Sum of one million for the Ufes and Purpofes therein men- tioned ; and for further appropriating the Supplies granted in this Seftion of Parliament ; and for exempt- ing any Annuities or Sums of Money granted or to be granted to the Royal Family, from Payment of Taxes. 20. An Adt for enabling his Majefty to raife a certain Sum of Money towards paying offhand difcharging the Debt of the Navy, and towards Naval Services for the Year one thoufand feven hundred and fixty-one ; and for allowing further Time for making Affidavits of the Execution of Articles or Contradts of Clerks to Attor- nies or SolIIcitors, and filing thereof. 21. An Adt for the better Prefervation of the Game In that Part of Great Britain called Scotland; and for repealing Part of an Adt pafied in the twenty-fourth Year of the Reign of his late Majefty, for the better Prefer- vation of the Game in that Part of Great Britain called Scotlayid. 22. An Adt for applying the Money granted in this Sef- fion of Parliament towards defraying the Charge of the Pay of the Militia of that Part of Great Britain called Englat'.d vihcw unembodied, and of the Cloathing of the Part of the faid Militia now unembodied, for one Year, beginning the twenty-fifth Day oi March one thoufand feven hundred and fixty-one. 23.
