It-is also agreed, that in-case of-a misunderstanding arising with the partners here-to, which-cannot-be settled between themselves, such differences of opinion shall-be settled by arbitration, upon the-following conditions, to-wit: Each party to-choose one arbitrator, which two thus elected shall choose a third; the three thus chosen to-determine the-merits of-the case, and arrange the-basis of-a settlement.
