VESPER-SERVICE.

He hath received Israel His servant: being mindful of His mercy.

As He spoke to our fathers: to Abraham and to his seed for ever.

Glory be to the Father, etc.

After the proper Anthem and Collect, and the commemorations, if any, the celebrant adds:

The Lord be with you.

R. And with thy spirit.

Let us bless the Lord.

R. Thanks be to God.

May the souls of the faithful, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

R. Amen.

Our Father, etc.

Our Lord grant us his peace

R. And life everlasting. Amen.
