Superior to the brightest eyes,
    Or cheek with roses blooming;
A winning charm it still supplies,
    The lovely face illuming.

’Twas Hebe taught fair beauty's queen,
    The gay, bewitching wile;
And still her glowing lips are seen,
    To wear a playful smile.
