From point on Boston, Concord & Montreal Railroad, at or near mouth of Ammo- noosuc river, in Haverhill, or the ter- minus of the Boston, Concord & Montreal Railroad, up Connecticut river to a point in Lancaster that shall be most convenient for connection with Atlantic & St. Lawrence Rail- road.
