Kingdome in the particulars named ſhould bealtered, and the houſe being divided it was carried by the Majors part that it ſhould ſo ſtand.

Afterwards the houſe was twice divided upon the queſtion for the paſſing of the ſaid Remonſtrance without any alteration, and for the publiſhing thereof, and the greater part carried it, in both there being great oppoſitions, and debate about it.

Then Master Peard moved to have the remonſtrance printed.

Another againſt one Iames who ſtabbed Inſtice Heywod that hee ſhould forſeete, all his meanes for ſeauen yeares to Iuſtice Heywood haue his right hand cutt of, and perpetuall impriſonmente.
