Article 5
Any differences and disputes that may arise from the interpretation or implementation of the present Memorandum of Understanding shall be settled amicably through direct mutual consultations between the Parties.
In witness whereof, the undersigned being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Memorandum and affixed their seals.
Signed at Baku, Azerbaijan, on this 4th day of April, 2018 in two originals in English language.
