Of the funds previously appropriated under this head, $3,000,000 shall not become available for obligation until October 1, 1986. UNITED STATES FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE LAND ACQUISITION
For an additional amount for "Land acquisition", $2,373,000, to be derived from the Land and Water Conservation Fund, to remain available until expended. NATIONAL PARK SERVICE OPERATION OF THE NATIONAL PARK SYSTEM
For an additional amount for "Operation of the National Park System", $13,470,000. CONSTRUCTION
For an additional amount for "Construction", $3,850,000, to remain available until expended. LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND (RESCISSION)
The contract authority provided for fiscal year 1986 by 16 U.S.C. 4601-lOa is rescinded. 16 USC 460M0a' note. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to plan or implement the closure of the Pacific Northwest Regional Office in Seattle, Washington: Provided, That the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission established under section 8(a) of the Act of August 7, 1961 (Public Law 87-126; 75 Stat. 292) is reestablished and extended through February 28, 1996: Provided, That none of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to drain lakes in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area prior to approval by the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations in compliance with the reprogramming procedures contained in House Report 97-942.
