Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That July 6, 1986, is designated as "National Air Traffic Control Day". The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States and upon interested associations and organizations to observe such a day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved July 8, 1986.
