To direct the Secretary of the Interior to release on behalf of the United States certain restrictions in a previous conveyance of land to the town of Jerome, Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the Secretary of the Interior shall release, by quit-claim deed or other good and sufficient instrument, on behalf of the United States, with respect to the land described in subsection (b) which was conveyed by the United States to the town of Jerome, Arizona, by a patent numbered 497894, all conditions on such patent which required that such land be used for cemetery or park purposes. (b) The land referred to in subsection (a) which was conveyed to the town of Jerome, Arizona, on November 8, 1915, by a patent numbered 497894, is all of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 30, township 16 north, range 3 east of the Gila and Salt River meridian, Arizona, containing forty acres.
