SEC. 3. RESTRICTION ON USE OF LANDS.

Public lands.

The lands conveyed under this Act shall continue to be reserved, maintained, and utilized for public park (including museums) and recreational purposes. If any of such lands is used for any other purpose, the title to such land, together with all improvements thereon, shall revert to the United States. Approved October 22, 1986.
