Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.
The Federal Building located at 330 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, District of Columbia, shall be known and designated as the "Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Building". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES.
Any reference to such building in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deenied to be a reference to the "Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Building". Approved August 18, 1987.
