(3) The Advisory Committee shall— (A) provide advice to the Secretary of the Treasury on all matters involving the commercial operations of the United States Customs Service; and (B) submit an annual report to the Committee on Finance i of the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the W. (d) DISSOLUTION OF EXISTING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.—Section 13033 of the Consolidated Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 is repealed. SEC. 9504. OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRADE REPRESENTATIVE AUTHORIZATIONS.

Section 141(0(1) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2171(f)(1)) is amended to read as follows: "(f)(l)(A) There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1988 to the Office for the purposes of carrying out its functions not to exceed $15,172,000. "(B) Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated under subparagraph (A) for fiscal year 1988— "(i) not to exceed $69,000 may be used for entertainment and representation expenses of the Office; and '(ii) not to exceed $1,000,000 shall remain available until expended.".

(a) SHORT TITLE.—This title may be cited as the "Revenue Act of 1987". (b) AMENDMENT OF 1986 CODE.—Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this title an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. (c) COORDINATION WITH SECTION 15.—No amendment made by this title shall be treated as a change in a rate of tax for purposes section 15 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
