Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 102(c) of Public Law 100-120, as amended by Public Law 100-162 and Public Law 100-193 is further amended by striking out "December 18, 1987" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 21, 1987". Approved December 20, 1987.
