(2) shall submit a report on the results of that survey, Reports, together with such recommendations for improvement of classified information security at the Agency as the Inspector General considers appropriate, to the Director of the Agency and to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate.
