SEC. 4. COOPERATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENTS.
Subsection 4(f) of the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966 (16 U.S.C. 668dd(f)), is amended by adding after the last sentence of that subsection the following: "The Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service is authorized to utilize by agreement, with or without reimbursement, the personnel and services of any other Federal or State agency for purposes of enhancing the enforcement of this Act.". Approved December 31, 1987.
