Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring). That when the House adjourns on Thursday, April 9, 1987, it stand adjourned until 12 o'clock meridian on Tuesday, April 21, 1987, or until 12 o'clock meridian on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first; and that when the Senate adjourns on Thursday, April 9, 1987, or Friday, April 10, 1987, or Saturday, April 11, 1987, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader, or his designee, in accordance with this resolution, it stand adjourned until 10 o'clock ante meridiem on Tuesday, April 21, 1987, or until 12 o'clock meridian on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first. SEC. 2. The Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader of the Senate, acting jointly after consultation with the Minority Leader of the House and the Minority Leader of the Senate, shall notify the Members of the House and the Senate, respectively, to reassemble whenever, in their opinion, the public interest shall warrant it. DUCKS UNLIMITED, INCORPORATED—FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY COMMEMORATION Whereas Ducks Unlimited, Incorporated, is one of the largest and most successful private wetlands and waterfowl conservation organizations in the world, having raised nearly $400,000,000 and conserved more than 4,000,000 acres of wetlands throughout North America; Whereas wetlands play an integral role in maintaining the quality of life through material contributions to our national economy, food supply, water quality and supply, flood control, and fish, wildlife, and plant resources, and thus to the health, safety, recreation, and economic well-being of all citizens; Whereas wetlands constitute only a small percentage of the land area of North America, are estimated to have been reduced by half in the contiguous States, and continue to disappear at the rate of nearly 700,000 acres each year; Whereas governments alone cannot adequately protect valuable wetlands without help from private organizations; Whereas the members, volunteers, and staff of Ducks Unlimited have given generously of their time, energy, and financial resources to achieve outstanding conservation objectives;
